Rights, Royalties and Fees

Performance Royalties (Grand Rights)

Amateur/Educational License
  • 15% of gross box office receipts (net of VAT and credit card commissions)
  • Minimum Guarantee of £250 per performance, whichever is greater.

Professional Theatres/Companies
  • 12% of gross box office (net of VAT and credit card commissions)
  • Minimum Guarantee £1,000 per performance, whichever is greater.

Video & Streaming Licenses
  • Souvenir Video License: £75 (Allows one archival master copy).
  • Additional Digital Copies: £150 for a Full Media Rights add-on, (i.e. copies for cast members)

All materials are digitally supplied (Opera & Musicals do not provide hard copy of any of the materials)
